Jake grew up loving the feeling of a clean haircut. During his years in college, he started cutting his own hair, which eventually led to cutting the hair of many of his peers. He realized quickly he also loved the feeling of giving other people a clean cut. Changing their image and boosting their confidence was a great feeling. Jake decided to run with his passion and pursue a career in barbering. He connected with Donny while in Pennsylvania and acquired his licence by completing an apprenticeship at Modern Classics Barber Studio. This is what truly fueled his passion to learn more and grow as a barber. He jumped on the opportunity to move to Charlotte and work alongside Donny in hopes of becoming the go-to barbershop in Charlotte. In less then 3 months, Jake has already been featured on major beauty industry social outlets, as well as had example of his work aired on national television.
